Values - Rules for Behavior

Self confidence start with Self Knowledge and self knowledge is becoming acquainted with YOU! Learning the internal parts of you, 1. Your Thoughts  2. Your Values 3. Your Emotions (feelings). Everything you do begin with a thought and your Values equals your rules for behavior. More simply…what you view as right, or wrong. They have been called “life’s steering wheel, because they guide the direction your life takes. You first learn values from your family. You learn statements such as: “We work hard”, “We believe in God, we believe in education”, or “We stick together”. Values can change from time to time, and Working them out remains a lifelong task.
